Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include: personal-care items (e.g., skincare, body oils, or fragrances that have been opened), and Hazardous or flammable materials.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items showing signs of use, products not in original condition, or items missing parts not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet: (1) Check your bank account, (2) Contact your credit-card company, (3) Contact your bank. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@chouka.shop.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact support@chouka.shop
Shipping Returns
To return your product, contact customer support at support@chouka.shop. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance.
